Physical Therapist Job Opportunity Location: Cookeville, TN We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Cookeville, TN. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with general ortho and pelvic health needs. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals • Develop and maintain patient relationships to ensure optimal care and outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records **Schedule:** • Part-time position with a guaranteed 36 hours of work per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours • Days shift schedule **Requirements:** • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of TN • Outpatient experience preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records **Productivity Expectations:** • Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week • Average of 12-14 patients per day • Double-booking of follow-up visits expected If you are a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a new opportunity, please apply today!
