**Registered Nurse - Psychiatric** **Location:** Westfield, PA **Shift:** Days **Duration:** 10 weeks **Job Type:** Full-time **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading inpatient facility. This 10-week assignment will provide the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to adult patients in a psychiatric setting. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BHAs, BHTs, and clinical therapeutic staff • Utilize therapeutic staff ratio guidelines to ensure optimal patient care • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members • Participate in orientation, classroom training, and shadowing to ensure familiarity with facility policies and procedures • Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including those related to charting, documentation, and patient safety **Requirements:** • 1 year current experience as a Registered Nurse in a psychiatric setting, or comparable experience • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends • Willingness to float to other units as needed • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification **What We Offer:** • Competitive hourly rate • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment • State-of-the-art facility with modern equipment and technology If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply today!
