**Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery** **Location:** Colville, WA **Schedule:** Nights **Job Type:** Full-time **About the Role:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** • Float between units to provide support and coverage as needed • Provide intrapartum care to patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience • Manage couplet care units, providing individualized attention to patients and their families • Collaborate with obstetricians, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care • Utilize Epic charting system to document patient information and track progress • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction **Requirements:** • Current RN licensure in the state of WA • 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or related field (2 years/1st timers ok) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **What We Offer:** • Competitive compensation package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment **Note:** This is a full-time position with nights, and weekends are required as needed.
