**LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF** **Location:** Bloomfield, NM **Schedule:** Part-time, Local Only Schedule: Sundays and Tuesdays **Job Type:** Nursing Position **Required Qualifications:** • Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of NM • 1+ year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records **Note:** We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
