Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

**Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery** **Location:** Evanston, IL **Schedule:** * 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week * Weekend rotation: every other weekend * On-call requirements: as needed **Job Type:** Temporary/Contract **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in a Labor and Delivery setting * Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care * Conduct routine assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress * Manage pain and discomfort, and provide emotional support to patients and their families * Participate in code blue situations and other emergency responses as needed **Requirements:** * Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois * 3+ years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery * Experience with EPIC CHARTING and at least 1 travel contract under your belt * Level 3 or 4 experience or Circulate, Catching babies experience preferred * BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required * C-EFM certification preferred **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply today!
