Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location: Hendersonville, TN Shift: Nights We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at a leading healthcare facility. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting the well-being of new mothers and their families, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide direct patient care to patients in labor, including monitoring fetal heart rates, assessing labor progress, and administering medications as needed * Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care * Conduct routine assessments, take vital signs, and document patient information accurately and efficiently * Utilize advanced skills such as intermediate fetal monitoring, triage, and couplet care to support patient care * Participate in labor and delivery procedures, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, epidurals, and postpartum tubals * Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to unit guidelines and policies **Requirements:** * Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee * 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery * Intermediate fetal monitoring and triage experience * Advanced skills in couplet care, OR circulating, and other relevant procedures * Certification in BLS, NRP, and Stable * Strong communication and teamwork skills **What We Offer:** * Competitive pay rate * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive team environment * State-of-the-art equipment and technology * Innovative solutions to improve nurse workload and patient experience If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
