**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery** **Location:** Berlin, VT **Schedule:** Nights **Job Type:** Travel **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Berlin, VT. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide direct patient care to women and newborns in labor, delivery, and postpartum settings * Conduct routine assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams * Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families * Participate in high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitations, and other critical situations * Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care * Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records **Requirements:** * Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of VT * Prior travel experience required * BLS, NRP certifications required; ACLS, PALS (or PEARS) certifications preferred * At least 1 year of LDRP experience required; Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable * Experience as a baby nurse at delivery, initiating/being a part of neonatal resuscitations, assigning APGAR scores, and giving newborn medications post-delivery * Reliable transportation and personal vehicle or rental vehicle required * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays **What We Offer:** * Competitive travel stipend * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment **If you are a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, apply today!**
