Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care/Snafu Care
Location: Falmouth, ME
Schedule: Days
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Long Term Care/Snafu Care settings.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
• Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of [state]
• Experience working in Long Term Care/Snafu Care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic life support certification (BLS) required
