Registered Nurse Operating Room

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Location: Burlington, VT Schedule: Rotating Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, utilizing expertise in both circulating and scrubbing • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including EPIC system • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in OR care Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of VT • 2 years of experience in a unit with large trauma level 1 experience in the last year • 2 years of EPIC experience from within the past 2 years • Strong experience in Gen OR, with skills in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, and trauma • Ability to circulate and scrub in the operating room Preferred Experience / Skills: • Prior travel experience • Experience with IVS • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us: • Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care • Opportunities for growth and professional development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
