Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location Tuscaloosa, AL Schedule / Job Type Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, including pneumonia, shortness of breath, COPD, and other lung diseases. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Educate patients and families on proper breathing techniques, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory care modalities. • Participate in daily rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Required Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama or Compact license • 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry setting • Current AHA BLS certification • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility • Knowledge of respiratory care modalities, including oxygen therapy and ventilator management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team • Competitive pay and benefits package
