Therapist - Respiratory Therapist Location Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in critical care settings, including RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU • Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and other treatments as ordered by physicians • Conduct routine assessments and monitor patient vital signs to identify potential complications • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Required Qualifications: • NBRC certification • BLS certification • Advanced NRP certification • PALS certification • Ohio RRT license • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric respiratory therapy • Experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU (Level 4 care) Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in high-level care settings • Experience with pediatric patients • Experience with RTO (Respiratory Therapist Outcomes) and scheduling requests Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment • Potential for growth and professional development
