Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location: Tuscaloosa, AL Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, specialized care to patients with respiratory disorders in a 36-bed telemetry unit • Collaborate with departments such as respiratory therapy, physical therapy, care management, and pharmacy to deliver comprehensive patient care • Float to other units and hospitals as needed • Value a 1:6 patient-to-nurse ratio and prioritize delivering exceptional care to patients and their families Required Qualifications: • Associate degree in nursing • AHA BLS certification or RED CROSS certification • Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or Compact license • 2 years of experience in the field of specialty, or 18 months of experience with 1 year of experience in a related field Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in medical surgical or telemetry settings • Strong respiratory skills and knowledge of general medicine • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care • Competitive pay and benefits package Warnings: None
