Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location: Olive Branch, MS Schedule: Nights Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers and newborns. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Monitor fetal heart rates, conduct routine exams, and provide education to patients and their families. • Manage pain and discomfort during labor and delivery, utilizing evidence-based practices. • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records. Required Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, with travel experience or 3 years of experience with no travel. • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee (TN) or compact licensure. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently. Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and labor and delivery software. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
