Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - SICU Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type: Nights Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and respond to patients' changing conditions, including vital signs, medications, and laboratory results • Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and post-discharge care Required Qualifications: • 18 months recent Critical Care/ICU experience • 18 months of PERM experience in specialty prior to travel assignments • Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA BLS & ACLS certification • NIHHS certification preferred Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work with a renowned healthcare organization • Collaborative and supportive team environment
