Registered Nurse CVICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type: Rotating, Night Shift (7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm) Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced CVICU environment • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Monitor and manage complex cardiovascular patients, including those with arrhythmias, cardiopulmonary arrest, and other critical conditions • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians, and document patient progress and responses to care Required Qualifications: • 18 months of permanent experience in a CVICU setting (prior to travel assignments) • 18 months of recent CVICU experience (travel experience may be considered) • Ohio licensure or compact state licensure (must be in hand) • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS certification Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work in a world-class hospital with a renowned CVICU team • Collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and professional growth
