Registered Nurse CVICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type: Rotating Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques Required Qualifications: • 18 months of permanent experience in a specialty related to CVICU • 18 months of recent CVICU experience (travel experience will be considered) • Ohio license or Compact State license in hand • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS certification Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work with a renowned healthcare organization • Collaborative and supportive team environment
