Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location Salem, NJ Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract, 36 hours Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, interventions, and treatment planning • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans • Assist patients in developing skills and abilities necessary for daily living and work-related activities • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or equivalent • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in an occupational therapy setting • Knowledge of occupational therapy theories and models • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and ages
