Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment • Assess and prioritize patients with acute and life-threatening conditions • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications • Grad of an Accredited Program • 1yr ED RN experience • RN license • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in Level I Trauma Magnet Facility • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
