Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical/Tele unit • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Monitor and report patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience • 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel • Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA BLS & ACLS certification • Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
