Registered Nurse Operating Room
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Location Fargo, ND Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Circulate in the operative setting, documenting and caring for patients, and assisting with surgical procedures. • Sterile prep of surgical sites, catheter insertion, opening sterile supplies, and positioning patients for surgical procedures. • Documenting within an electronic record and utilizing/setting up operating room equipment as directed. • Utilizing equipment such as computerized charting, Accudose, cautery, lasers, laparoscopic equipment, arthroscopy equipment, and Stealth navigation for Nero cases.
Required Qualifications: • Min 2 years recent OR RN experience • Experience with robotics, DaVinci preferred • Large hospital experience with 250+ beds and level 1 trauma status • Experience working in acute facility with 15 or more OR suites • Strong general and ENT skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with Neuro/Ortho procedures • Experience with navigation • Experience with EPIC system, Accudose, and other electronic charting models
