Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Gallup, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Local Only
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Monitor vital signs, perform lab tests, and report results to healthcare team members
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in basic life support (BLS) or higher • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
