Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting • Assess patients' medical needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in LTC/SNF settings • Knowledge of medical terminology and charting systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
