Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care to 1-30 residents in a long-term care facility (LTC) setting • Administer medications to residents, as the facility currently lacks certified medical technicians (med-techs) • Complete training programs before commencing floor duties • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple patients
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
