Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers. • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve common goals.
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families. • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology.
