Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location: Carmel, IN Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12 or 4x12 shifts accepted Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments • Educate patients and families on health education and discharge planning Required Qualifications: • Current IN RN license • ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certification required • CCRN certification preferred • 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with open-heart program and neurosurgical patients • Familiarity with IABP and CRRT therapies • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment • Collaborate with experienced professionals to provide exceptional patient care Note: Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities, with exceptions for Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers.
