Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Location: Colville, WA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Rotating

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population in a medical-surgical setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individualized needs • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Develop, maintain, and update patient education plans to promote patient empowerment and autonomy • Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical judgment to make informed decisions about patient care

Required Qualifications: • Current MS RN licensure in the state of Washington • 1+ year of experience in medical-surgical nursing (1st timers considered) • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience on a medical-surgical unit • Ability to adapt to changing patient acuity and priorities • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
