Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, utilizing telemetry skills to monitor and report on patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to promote optimal health outcomes. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information, track progress, and communicate with healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. • 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments. • Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License in hand. • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
