Job Title: Tech - Sterile Processing Tech

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange rooms, including organizing instruments, equipment, treatment trays, and supplies based on department needs. • Clean instruments and equipment using approved detergents and disinfectants. • Operate sterilization equipment according to guidelines. • Efficiently handle inventory by ordering, replenishing, and distributing instruments, reusable medical equipment, and supplies for general and surgical use.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent • (1) one year of experience • Certification/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Must have one of the following: Certified Board Sterile Processing & Dist (CBSPD), Cert Reg Central Service Tech (CRCST), Cert Sterile Proc/Distr Tech (CSPDT), or Cert Surgical Technologist (CST).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Familiarity with equipment and instrument sterilization techniques and procedures • Understanding of simple medical terminology • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Adherence to best practice safety measures, environmental protocols, manufacturers' guidelines, and infection control practices.
