Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patient needs and goals. • Educate patients and families on proper wound care, mobility, and other rehabilitation techniques to promote optimal outcomes. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress, and any concerns or issues.

Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • 1+ year of experience in rehabilitation nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, such as inpatient or outpatient • Knowledge of rehabilitation modalities, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
