Registered Nurse Radiology
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Radiology
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced radiology setting • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatments • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team • Educate patients and families on radiology procedures and aftercare instructions
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • Experience in a radiology or critical care setting (ICU/ED preferred) • Certification in ACLS/PALS • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience with invasive procedures (IR) • Moderate sedation experience • Experience with CVA and IVDA • Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
