Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Location Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and in accordance with facility policies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Current certification in CPR/BLS and other relevant certifications (e.g. ACLS, TNCC) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to document patient information accurately • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
