Therapist Physical Therapist
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: South Holland, IL Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and interventions. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs. • Conduct patient evaluations, including range of motion assessments, strength evaluations, and functional ability assessments. • Implement evidence-based treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to promote patient recovery and mobility.
Required Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with patients with orthopedic or neurological conditions. • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise programming. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
