Registered Nurse Medical Surgical
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Location: Hermiston, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to adult and pediatric patients in a Med/Surg department setting • Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician to deliver patient-centered care • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring timely interventions and outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon • Three or more years of nursing experience in Med/Surg or related field • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a fast-paced, rural hospital environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction • Strong communication and teamwork skills
