Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Location: Corpus Christi, TX Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • Current BLS certification • 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room setting (travel experience preferred) • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and IV pumps • Basic life support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
