Job Title Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, nights
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients with various medical surgical and cardiac conditions • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with unit policies and procedures • Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac rhythms and other vital signs, and report any abnormalities to the physician
Required Qualifications • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years • Traveler Experience: 1 year • Skills: IV start, BCLS • Certifications: EKG testing prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills • Telemetry experience • Familiarity with PYXIS/EPIC/SBAR systems
