Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Frankfort, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient and acute care. • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient mobility, strength, and function. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes. • Utilize Cerner system for charting and documentation.
Required Qualifications: • Physical therapy license in the state of IN • BLS certification • Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call shifts for Saturdays
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in ortho, neuro, wound care, vestibular, and pelvic health specialties • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in Cerner system
