Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract, rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical/tele setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience • 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel assignments • Perm Ohio License or Compact State License in hand • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required • One year of recent oncology/chemotherapy administration experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate • Familiarity with Qualivis – Lotus for submitting hours worked
