Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiac cath lab and EP department • Participate in emergency procedures, including cardiac arrests and interventions • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans • Monitor and interpret electrocardiogram (ECG) and other diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians • Educate patients and families on cardiac health, disease management, and treatment options
Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of South Carolina • 1+ year of experience in cardiac cath lab or EP department • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • Knowledge of cardiac cath lab and EP procedures, including LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Maclab and Meditech documentation systems • Familiarity with GE x-ray equipment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with frequent interruptions
