Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location Asheville, NC Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Travel Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Medical Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide empathetic and compassionate care
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- 2 years of experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or related area
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
