Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model • Conduct patient assessments, recognize health issues, create care plans, and assess patient responses • Secure patient travel and ensure patient needs are met in healthcare settings • Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies
Required Qualifications:
• Grad of an Accredited Program with a specialized field of study in nursing • RN license • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting the role • 1 year of recent IMC/PCU/Stepdown hospital RN experience
