Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and interventions to promote patient mobility, strength, and function • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications: • Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of NJ • Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF or inpatient rehabilitation settings
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or inpatient rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and electronic medical records (EMRs)
