Registered Nurse Medical Surgical
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Location: Atlanta, GA Schedule / Job Type: Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of spinal neuro trauma, surgical, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patients. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor and report patient conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical specialty. • Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. CCRN, CEN, etc.). • Proficiency in Epic system.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with spinal neuro trauma, surgical, quadriplegic, and paraplegic patients. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
