Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessing their abilities, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve therapeutic goals. • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Conduct home assessments to identify and address environmental modifications that can impact patient outcomes. • Educate patients and their families on proper use of adaptive equipment and techniques to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications:
• State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • Current CPR certification • Basic Life Support certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and technology • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations • Bilingual or multilingual skills (not required)
