Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate clients to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Design and implement occupational therapy programs to improve clients' daily living skills and abilities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals • Educate clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies • Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• State License Verification • Resume • References (3) • County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked) • Federal Criminal (7 years or more) • Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) • Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) • HHS/OIG Search • GSA Search • Social Security Number Trace • 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray • SAM Search • Iowa SING Background
