Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist Location Longview, WA Schedule / Job Type Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement interventions to address patient needs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Required Qualifications: • State License as an Occupational Therapist • Current resume • Resume verification • References (3) • County Criminal Background Check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) • Federal Criminal Background Check (7 years or more) • Multi-State Criminal Background Check (7 years or more) • Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) • HHS/OIG Search • GSA Search • Social Security Number Trace • 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray • Washington State Background with Fingerprints (Facility run)
