Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Sedgwick, KS
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and education • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Required Qualifications: • State licensure as a physical therapist • Current certification in physical therapy (e.g. CPR, ACLS) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Rehabilitation experience in an acute or post-acute setting • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and modalities (e.g. manual therapy, electrical stimulation) • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
