Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location Longview, WA Schedule / Job Type Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patient needs and goals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications: • State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • Current resume • Proof of state licensure verification • Three professional references
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting • New graduate occupational therapy assistants are welcome to apply • Covid-19 test results issued within 48 hours of start date required
