Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, utilizing expertise in telehealth to support remote monitoring and interventions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and continuously monitor patient progress • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and communicate with healthcare team members
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Tele • Current Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA BLS & ACLS certification • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment (with passing score)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
