Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients with various needs and abilities. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes. • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications:
• Occupational therapy degree from an accredited program. • Current licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of NJ. • Certification in occupational therapy (OTR) or eligible for certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors. • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
