Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with physical therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. • Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions to patients. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and wellness.
Required Qualifications:
• Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of MA. • Current COTA certification. • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with patients with various physical therapy needs. • Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
